Prb1 overexpression decreased APCs in ESCRT-mutant cells after nitrogen starvation.
Published 2022“…Either Prb1 or Snf7 in snf7Δ cells facilitated GFP-Atg8 degradation and prApe1 maturation (bottom), but only Snf7 (not Prb1) facilitated phagophore closure in snf7Δ cells. The red arrows point to these key results. F. The blots shown in panel E were quantified as described in Fig 6A and 6B. …”

Global Land Use Change Impacts on Soil Nitrogen Availability and Environmental Losses
Published 2025“…However, how global land use changes impact soil N supply and potential N loss remains elusive. By compiling a global data set of 1,782 paired observations from 185 publications, we show that land use conversion from natural to managed ecosystems significantly reduced NNM by 7.5% (−11.5, −2.8%) and increased NN by 150% (86, 194%), indicating decreasing N availability while increasing potential N loss through denitrification and nitrate leaching. …”

Heterocene Catalysts and Reaction Temperature Gradient in Dec-1-ene Oligomerization for the Production of Low Viscosity PAO Base Stocks
Published 2023“…A gradual decrease of the oligomerization temperature as dec-1-ene was consumed resulted in decreased dimer formation (down to 10%) and increased oligomer yields (up to 84%). …”
