Global Land Use Change Impacts on Soil Nitrogen Availability and Environmental Losses
Published 2025“…However, how global land use changes impact soil N supply and potential N loss remains elusive. By compiling a global data set of 1,782 paired observations from 185 publications, we show that land use conversion from natural to managed ecosystems significantly reduced NNM by 7.5% (−11.5, −2.8%) and increased NN by 150% (86, 194%), indicating decreasing N availability while increasing potential N loss through denitrification and nitrate leaching. …”

Trust change by gender.
Published 2025“…Results indicate that respondnatds from North America and Europe Experienced an increase in trust where as Africa and South America Witnessed a decline in trust. Males exhibited a greater decline in trust than females (p = 0.038), and undergraduate degree holders showed the largest decrease (p = 0.001). …”

Dataset - Core reorganisation in food webs buffers ecosystems against warming
Published 2025“…We investigated how warming governs the core–periphery organisation of food webs, and how changes in this substructure mediate impacts on ecosystem functioning (energy flux) and stability (robustness) across a natural stream temperature gradient in Iceland. …”
