Scenarios analysed.
Published 2024“…Modelling was used to estimate short- and long-term effects on colorectal cancer incidence and mortality, including ongoing impact of patient backlogs. A hypothetical mitigation strategy was simulated, with diagnostic and treatment capacities increased by 5% from 2022 to address backlogs. …”

Inhibition of PAFR induces a relieving effect on existing tactile allodynia.
Published 2010“…<p>A. The decrease in paw withdrawal threshold was attenuated by a single administration of CV-3988 (10 nmol/10 µl) (A), but not Ki16425 (10 nmol/10 µl) (B), through a catheter whose tip was positioned near the L5 DRG on day 7 after nerve injury. …”

Performance (accuracy) as a function of OCI-R scores, and trial number.
Published 2020“…The figure shows that higher OCI-R scores correlated with a decrease in performance in the late stages of the pre-shift block (A), as well as in the entire post-shift block (B).…”

SBA-15 as a Support for Nickel-Based Catalysts for Polymerization Reactions
Published 2018“…Characterization showed that the insertion of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTABr) as a cosurfactant led to spherical SBA-15 with a decrease in particle and pore sizes to 4.8 nm compared to 6.5 nm in traditional fiber-shaped SBA-15. …”

Combination of ATP (A) or αβ–meATP (B) with Lactate and Protons.
Published 2015“…Combining protons, lactate, and ATP had a significant effect on muscle withdrawal (Repeated measures ANOVA F5,27 = 17.986, p < 0.001), but only the most dilute combination (C4) was decreased relative to saline controls (Tukey test, p = 0.001). …”

In Situ Observation of the Movement of Magnetic Particles in Polyurethane Elastomer Densely Packed Magnetic Particles Using Synchrotron Radiation X‑ray Computed Tomography
Published 2022“…The orientation angle for magnetic elastomers with <i>ϕ</i> = 0.24 was approximately 55° at 0 mT and decreased remarkably with the magnetic field. At magnetic fields above 150 mT, the orientation angle gradually decreased with the field and showed a constant value of 38° at 300 mT, suggesting that magnetic particles move and form a chain-like structure although the chains do not align perfectly in the direction of the magnetic field. …”
