Identification of a Plasma Four-microRNA Panel as Potential Noninvasive Biomarker for Osteosarcoma by Feng Lian (703027)

    Published 2015
“…These 4 miRNAs were markedly decreased in the plasma after operation. In addition, circulating miR-195-5p and miR-199a-3p were correlated with metastasis status, while miR-199a-3p and miR-320a were correlated with histological subtype.…”

The effect of planting density on ‘BRS Rubimel’ peach trained as a “Y-shaped” system by André Luiz Kulkamp de Souza (5912453)

    Published 2019
“…It was concluded that the densification of orchards is feasible for peach trees of the ‘BRS Rubimel’ cultivar due to the increase in productivity, without decreasing the quality of the fruits, indicating a spacing of 0.75 cm between plants and two scaffolds in the “Y-shape” as ideal. …”

Data_Sheet_1_Variations in the SDN Loop of Class A Beta-Lactamases: A Study of the Molecular Mechanism of BlaC (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) to Alter the Stability and Catalytic Act... by Sourya Bhattacharya (8441028)

    Published 2021
“…To understand the molecular reasoning behind the unavailability of such mutation in real life, we have used circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), molecular dynamics (MD) simulation, and stability-based enzyme activity to compare the stability and dynamic behaviors of native and S130G/A mutant form of BlaC. A significant decrease in melting temperature (BlaC TM 60°C, S130A TM 50°C, and S130G TM 45°C), kinetic instability at higher temperature, and comparative dynamic instability correlate the fact that resistance to beta-lactam/beta-lactamase inhibitor combinations will likely not arise from the structural alteration of BlaC, therefore establishing confidence that this therapeutic modality can be potentially applied as a part of a successful treatment regimen against M. tuberculosis.…”

Evaluation of whole wheat flour sourdough as a promising ingredient in short dough biscuits by Tuba ALIOĞLU (10464668)

    Published 2021
“…The incorporation of WWF on dough formulation increased both G' and G” moduli, while the inclusion of WWF by sourdough fermentation caused a significant reduction. Spread ratio of the biscuits decreased as the WWF ratio in the formulation increased (p < 0.05). …”
