Data_Sheet_1_Microbial Community Response to a Novel Salmon Resource Subsidy.PDF
Published 2020“…<p>Salmon decomposition is traditionally viewed through the lens of energy and nutrient subsidies, but not as a potential “microbial subsidy.” Microbial communities residing on and within spawning salmon are directly introduced into streams after host death. …”

Discovery of Novel Biomarker Candidates for Liver Fibrosis in Hepatitis C Patients: A Preliminary Study
Published 2012“…Western blot validation of all candidate markers using plasma samples from patients across all Ishak fibrosis scores showed that the markers which changed with increasing fibrosis most consistently included lipid transfer inhibitor protein, complement C3d, corticosteroid-binding globulin, apolipoprotein J and apolipoprotein L1. These five novel fibrosis markers which are secreted in blood showed a promising consistent change with increasing fibrosis stage when compared to the markers used for the FibroTest, ELF test, Hepascore and FIBROSpect. …”

Published 2023“…The subtype of centrality was degree centrality, which indicates the hub function of a single area. The five times of rsfMRI were performed in each individual mouse: before injury and at 1, 3, 7, and 14 weeks post-injury.…”
