Experimental Study on Water-in-Oil Emulsion Stability Induced by Asphaltene Colloids in Heavy Oil
Published 2025“…Under HPHT conditions, stability varied significantly, with the 75:25 oil−water ratio exhibiting temporary stability, while 50:50 and 25:75 ratios consistently produced unstable emulsions. …”

Model of serum resistance in <i>Salmonella enterica</i> nontyphoidal serovar Typhimurium and the enteric fever serovars Typhi and Paratyphi
Published 2025“…These include duplication of the <i>rfbV</i> glycosyltransferase, a point mutation in WzzB that inhibits antibody binding and L O-ag production and further increases VL O-ag production, and O2-antigen paratose production to decrease IgM binding. …”

Identification of a Plasma Four-microRNA Panel as Potential Noninvasive Biomarker for Osteosarcoma
Published 2015“…These 4 miRNAs were markedly decreased in the plasma after operation. In addition, circulating miR-195-5p and miR-199a-3p were correlated with metastasis status, while miR-199a-3p and miR-320a were correlated with histological subtype.…”

The effect of planting density on ‘BRS Rubimel’ peach trained as a “Y-shaped” system
Published 2019“…It was concluded that the densification of orchards is feasible for peach trees of the ‘BRS Rubimel’ cultivar due to the increase in productivity, without decreasing the quality of the fruits, indicating a spacing of 0.75 cm between plants and two scaffolds in the “Y-shape” as ideal. …”

Data_Sheet_1_Variations in the SDN Loop of Class A Beta-Lactamases: A Study of the Molecular Mechanism of BlaC (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) to Alter the Stability and Catalytic Act...
Published 2021“…To understand the molecular reasoning behind the unavailability of such mutation in real life, we have used circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), molecular dynamics (MD) simulation, and stability-based enzyme activity to compare the stability and dynamic behaviors of native and S130G/A mutant form of BlaC. A significant decrease in melting temperature (BlaC TM 60°C, S130A TM 50°C, and S130G TM 45°C), kinetic instability at higher temperature, and comparative dynamic instability correlate the fact that resistance to beta-lactam/beta-lactamase inhibitor combinations will likely not arise from the structural alteration of BlaC, therefore establishing confidence that this therapeutic modality can be potentially applied as a part of a successful treatment regimen against M. tuberculosis.…”
