One-pot Synthesis of Metal-coordinated Covalent Organic Frameworks for Enhanced CO2 Photoreduction
Published 2022“…HB-TAPT + Co with ordered and segregated D–A arrays is synthesized by combining 2,4,6-tris(4-aminophenyl)-1,3,5-triazine (TAPT, a strong electron-acceptor) with 2-hydroxy-1,3,5-benzenetricarbaldehyde (HB)-loaded Co2+ (a strong electron-donor). …”

A half-century of changes in migratory landbird numbers along coastal Massachusetts
Published 2019“…Although continent-wide there has been an overall decrease in landbird populations over the past 40 years, we found a variety of patterns in abundance over time. …”

Changes in the active H3K27ac and repressive H3K27me3 histone marks among Vasa2+/Piwi1+ and all cells in fed, starved, and refed juvenile polyps.
Published 2025“…Both histone marks colocalized with nuclei labeled by Hoechst33342 DNA dye (A′–L′). Scale bar in A′–L′: 10 µm. <b>(M, N)</b> Comparison of the median fluorescent intensity (MFI) of H3K27ac (M) and H3K27me3 (N) at 24 h after continuous feeding (Fed + 24 h), at starvation (T5ds, T20ds) or at 24-h post-refeeding (T5ds/T20ds refed + 24 h). …”

Supplementary Material for: Case fatality rates of subarachnoid hemorrhage are decreasing with substantial between-country variation: a systematic review of population-based studie...
Published 2022“…Since these same risk factors are linked to SAH mortality, the case fatality rate (CFR) of SAH has potentially also decreased during recent decades. Thus, we conducted a systematic review to address SAH CFR changes over the last 40 years. …”

Percent binding of BKPyV VP1 serotype Ib1 to HEK293TT cells in the presence or absence of antibodies. Median fluorescent intensity of plots shown in Fig 3 were extracted using FlowJo 10.7.1 and normalized to 100% VP1 binding (VP1-Ib1 binding to HEK293TT cells in the absence of antibodies) and 0% VP1 binding (HEK293TT cells with detection antibody only). For mAb 319C07 and mAb P8D11 a concentration-dependent decrease in VP1 binding to the cells was observed. mAb 24C03 does not inhibit VP1 binding to HEK293TT cells. n = 1, 15000 cells analyzed per concentration.

The Role of <i>TLR4</i> 896 A><i>G</i> and 1196 C><i>T</i> in Susceptibility to Infections: A Review and Meta-Analysis of Genetic Association Studies
Published 2013“…</p> <p>Conclusions</p><p>Depending on the type of infection and population, TLR4 polymorphisms are associated with increased, decreased or no difference in infectious disease. This may be due to differential functional expression of TLR4, the co-segregation of TLR4 variants or a favorable inflammatory response.…”
