Significantly Enriched Pathways.
Published 2025“…Pathway analysis revealed a marked decrease in expression within certain key metabolic pathways (such as the one-carbon pool by folate) in the NAFLD group, while expression in DNA repair-related pathways (such as non-homologous end joining) was significantly increased. …”

Linear covariate analysis of prognostically significant metabolites. Presenting the effect sizes of metabolites that showed significant differences among prognostic groups in ICU-treated COVID-19 patients. Metabolites were included based on an F-value > 2.5 and a p-value < 0.05. Metabolites marked with a single asterisk (*) were significant in both two-way ANOVA and ASCA, whereas those marked with double asterisks (**) were significant only in two-way ANOVA. Positive effect sizes indicate an increase in metabolite concentration between the compared groups, while negative values indicate a decrease.
Published 2025“…Positive effect sizes indicate an increase in metabolite concentration between the compared groups, while negative values indicate a decrease.…”

Supplementary Material for: Longitudinal Decrease in Left Ventricular Size with Age: Impact on Mortality and Cardiovascular Hospitalization
Published 2025“…This study investigated clinical characteristics and outcomes associated with longitudinal decreases in LV size in this population. Methods: We analyzed echocardiographic data from 6,232 adults with normal baseline left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), with a mean interval of 4.8 years between baseline and follow-up echocardiograms. …”

Costs and Benefits of Popular P‑Value Correction Methods in Three Models of Quantitative Omic Experiments
Published 2023“…Overall, permutation had better FDR and sensitivity than BH. We show how increasing sample size, decreasing variability, or increasing effect size can enable the detection of all true changes while still correcting p-values, and we present basic guidelines for omic experimental design. …”
