Synaptopathy at IHC-SGN synapses decreases the peak of the CAP significantly, without changes to peak latency and width.
Published 2021“…(C) Normalized CAP amplitudes exhibited an exponential increase and the decreases in CAP amplitudes of populations with both synaptopathy scenarios were more pronounced for higher sound levels. …”

Image_1_Extrahepatic Surgery in Cirrhosis Significantly Increases Portal Pressure in Preclinical Animal Models.TIF
Published 2021“…In the non-cirrhotic model the trend was the same, while not statistically significant. In both cirrhotic models, IM shows strong effects of decompensation, with significant weight loss, elevation of liver enzymes and hypoalbuminemia. 7 days after IM in the BDL group, Sirius red staining and hydroxyproline levels showed significant progression of fibrosis and significantly elevated mRNA levels of hepatic inflammation compared to the respective control group. …”

Linear covariate analysis of prognostically significant metabolites. Presenting the effect sizes of metabolites that showed significant differences among prognostic groups in ICU-treated COVID-19 patients. Metabolites were included based on an F-value > 2.5 and a p-value < 0.05. Metabolites marked with a single asterisk (*) were significant in both two-way ANOVA and ASCA, whereas those marked with double asterisks (**) were significant only in two-way ANOVA. Positive effect sizes indicate an increase in metabolite concentration between the compared groups, while negative values indicate a decrease.
Published 2025“…Positive effect sizes indicate an increase in metabolite concentration between the compared groups, while negative values indicate a decrease.…”
