Linear covariate analysis of prognostically significant metabolites. Presenting the effect sizes of metabolites that showed significant differences among prognostic groups in ICU-treated COVID-19 patients. Metabolites were included based on an F-value > 2.5 and a p-value < 0.05. Metabolites marked with a single asterisk (*) were significant in both two-way ANOVA and ASCA, whereas those marked with double asterisks (**) were significant only in two-way ANOVA. Positive effect sizes indicate an increase in metabolite concentration between the compared groups, while negative values indicate a decrease.

Data.
Published 2025“…This study found a statistically significant decrease in BMD in the group with the lowest U-Cd levels (<2.0 μg/g creatinine, p = 0.001) and in the overall sample (from 0.392 ± 0.079 μg/g creatinine in 2019 to 0.384 ± 0.094 μg/g creatinine in 2022, p = 0.004). …”

Actin-Targeted Magnetic Nanomotors Mechanically Modulate the Tumor Mechanical Microenvironment for Cancer Treatment
Published 2025“…Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and tumor cells, which internalize ∼69.3% of ABP-MNs, are significantly tuned under MF with signs of a 7-fold decrease in tumor matrix stiffness, increased immune cell infiltration, and 95.8% tumor growth inhibition. …”
