Efficacy and safety of aldafermin in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis: A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

No significant differences were detected in the aldafermin group regarding histologic endpoints, lipid profile, metabolic parameters, and overall adverse effects, except for the increased occurrence of diarrhea in the aldafermin 3 mg subgroup.…”
