Linear covariate analysis of prognostically significant metabolites. Presenting the effect sizes of metabolites that showed significant differences among prognostic groups in ICU-treated COVID-19 patients. Metabolites were included based on an F-value > 2.5 and a p-value < 0.05. Metabolites marked with a single asterisk (*) were significant in both two-way ANOVA and ASCA, whereas those marked with double asterisks (**) were significant only in two-way ANOVA. Positive effect sizes indicate an increase in metabolite concentration between the compared groups, while negative values indicate a decrease.
Published 2025“…Positive effect sizes indicate an increase in metabolite concentration between the compared groups, while negative values indicate a decrease.…”

Data Sheet 1_Elevated relative humidity significantly decreases cannabinoid concentrations while delaying flowering development in Cannabis sativa L..docx
Published 2025“…Furthermore, high RH significantly suppressed cannabinoid accumulation: cannabidiolic acid (CBD-A), cannabidiol (CBD), and cannabichromenic acid (CBC-A) levels decreased by approximately 4.9-fold, 3.2-fold, and 13-fold, respectively. …”

Significant Lipids by Category- Tiers 1 and 2.
Published 2023“…Each lipid category is divided by timepoint, with 18 hpbm shown in green, 24 hpbm shown in purple, and 36 hpbm shown in orange. The number of significant lipids differently regulated is shown on the Y-axis, with positive values indicating an increase in concentration compared with Cali-S+DENV controls, and negative values indicating a decrease in concentration. …”
