Composition of core raw materials.
Published 2025“…This study proposes a novel method for automatic lithology identification while drilling based on the mapping relationship between acoustic pressure and rock physics parameters. First, core samples were collected from an operational mine borehole to prepare homogeneous (single lithology) and layered (composite lithology) rock specimens, providing reliable materials for drilling experiments. …”

Data Sheet 1_Countrywide Corchorus olitorius L. core collection shows an adaptive potential for future climate in Benin.xlsx
Published 2025“…The spatial variation of the genomic diversity painted an increasing trend following the South-North ecological gradient, giving rise to four optimal genetic groups based on STRUCTURE analysis while the neighbour-joining analysis revealed three clusters. The ShinyCore algorithm application yielded a core set of 54 accessions that echoed a good geographical representativeness and encompassed a level of diversity comparable to that of the whole collection. …”

A framework for improving localisation prediction algorithms.
Published 2024“…Proteins with non-canonical internal motifs, or those dually targeted need to be taken into account (as they help to better distinguish between pNTS and mNTS features) and validated data could be sorted according to whether it is part of a core- or pan-proteome. Classifiers on which the algorithms are trained could include parameters such as the evolutionary distance of a species, non-coding regions, or a protein’s abundance as a currently neglected factor. …”

All online review text data.
Published 2025“…The findings showed: 1) Museum visitors were highly concentrated in eastern coastal regions, with spatial distribution evolving from single-core to multi-core clusters, gradually expanding into central areas (e.g., Henan, Hubei, Shaanxi). 2) Museum image perception has shifted from object-centered to more human-centered experiences, with significant differences across the various categories. 3) Over 75% of visitors reported positive experiences, with ethnography museums showing the highest satisfaction in 2024 (<i>Pro</i> = 0.922), whereas history museums consistently had the lowest. 4) Satisfaction drivers were dynamic, with 85.26% of perception themes significantly correlated with satisfaction (<i>p</i> < 0.01), with rich collections, distinctive features, immersive experiences, and diverse visitation forms identified as the primary contributors to positive visitor experiences. …”
