| الملخص: | An AI-driven chatbot aimed at enhancing technical support services at the American University of Kuwait (AUK). Leveraging advanced machine learning techniques, natural language processing (NLP), and deep neural networks, our work involves creating two distinct chatbots: one utilizing the Azure OpenAI service, and another built in-house using Python libraries. The primary objective is to provide an intelligent and responsive system capable of addressing a wide array of technical queries from students, staff, and faculty, thereby alleviating the workload of the existing IT helpdesk. |
