The researcher found that the Mufti must be when the suspicion occurs and do not distinguish between conflicting evidence out of the dispute, or take the precaution, or stop in the fatwa, the research concluded to a set of results, the most important of which is that the fatwa in piety is not out of weighting and doctrinal choice, and that this pious effect on the application of jurisprudence as shown by the applied models.
