الأهداف: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز التوافق بين الفقه الإسلامي والطب في سعيهما لدفع الضرر قبل وقوعه أو رفعه، حيث يقوم الفقهاء بالتأصيل الشرعي والأطباء بالتطبيق العملي، وذلك من خلال جمع المتناثر من القضايا الطبية المعاصرة التي لها ارتباط بقواعد الضرر، ووضعها في بحث واحد. المنهجية: اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن نتبع...
