Comparison of Phosphorylation Signatures in Patients With Suspected Pancreatic Cancer Undergoing Endoscopic Ultrasound-Fine Needle (EUS-FNA) With and Without Malignant Cytology

EUS-FNA for diagnosis of pancreatic cancer may be inconclusive in up to 20% of cases. Adjunctive techniques to improve diagnostic yield of EUS-FNA are needed. In addition, defining signaling pathways would have widespread implications in providing targeted therapy to improve overall survival.
