Summary:Research has shown that the COVID-19 pandemic and financial meltdown had huge inherent effects globally on different organizations and especially banks. The purpose of this paper is to develop a framework that would depict and examine the nature of the relationship between Perceived organizational performance, perceived supervisory performance, and positive enforcement on employee perceptions, taking into consideration the impact that crisis management, covid-19 and financial meltdown may have on this relationship.
