| الملخص: | This paper offers a cross cultural interpretation of hospitality in Jordan and Britain. These two countries have been chosen to illustrate the more general differences between hospitality in most English-speaking countries and hospitality in most Arabic-speaking countries. The goal in pointing out the differences between British and Jordanian hospitality is to sensitize hospitality professionals to the historical and cultural backgrounds which inspire and guide the delivery of hospitality services. |
