| الملخص: | <p></p><div> <p>A 37-year-old patient was admitted secondary to ventricular fibrillation induced out of hospital cardiac arrest. Coronary angiogram revealed left main, left anterior descending, and right coronary arteries aneurysms. The patient underwent bypass surgery with four grafts.
