description <p dir="ltr">This dataset contains the raw numerical values used to generate all panels of Figure 4, which examines thalamofrontal (TF) synaptic transmission following chronic NMDAR hypofunction using optogenetics, whole-cell recordings, and single-unit activity analyses.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Included data:</p><p dir="ltr">- Optogenetically evoked EPSCs during 10 Hz stimulation (Panels 4a–d), including peak amplitudes, paired-pulse ratios, and normalized response amplitudes.</p><p dir="ltr">- Single-unit activity recorded in dmPFC during mediodorsal thalamus (MD) electrical stimulation (Panels 4e–h), including spike counts per bin and peri-stimulus histograms at 0.1 Hz and 10 Hz stimulation.</p><p dir="ltr">- Readily releasable pool of TF synapses (oRRP<sub>TF</sub>) during 1 s optogenetic stimulation (Panels 4i–l), including fast component charge, refilling current, nonlinear charge–stimulation power relationships, normalized pool unit (PU) values, and summary measures at saturating intensity.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Structure:</p><p dir="ltr">- Each worksheet corresponds to a panel or measurement type.</p><p dir="ltr">- All values represent unprocessed raw data directly used to generate the figure.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">This dataset enables full reproduction of the TF synaptic transmission and vesicle pool analyses presented in Figure 4.</p><p><br></p>
