Quantification of cell-associated PSMs in wild-type, Δ<i>yqhG</i>, and complemented strains. The Δ<i>yqhG</i> mutant exhibited a significant reduction in surface-bound PSMs compared with the wild-type strain, whereas complementation restored PSM levels to near wild-type values.
