Additional file 3: Supplementary Table 2 Barcoded primers table. The table includes all the barcoded primers designed and used in this study. The underlined nucleotides at the end of each primer sequence correspond to the conserved nucleotides at each IAV segment end (i.e., Uni12 and Uni13).
