Dependence of the heterogeneity of 3D genome model conformations on the model resolution.

The conformations of the two chains of green beads – chromatin models at a high resolution – are very different. After coarse-graining (going to a lower resolution), the two chromatin chains now represented by white spheres look exactly the same.
