Gene fusions detected by qRT-PCR and tNGS.

<p>qRT-PCR identified a total of 102 gene fusions on RNA-level, whereas tNGS detected 98 out of the 102 gene fusions on DNA-level, leaving 4 gene fusions undetected at this level. Moreover, tNGS on DNA-level revealed two additional gene fusions not detected by qRT-PCR.</p>
